No. And yes. It's always sudden.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Guh!

Wow. That colour really looks like the colour your hair is supposed to be, if that makes any sense. It really really suits you. Wow. I've always been scared to try colouring my hair red*, lest it end up pink/totally not suit me, but - wow. You look fab. Brava.

*despite spending much of my youth wanting to be a green-eyed redhead. My mum's a redhead. She's got one green eye and one blue eye. I ended up blonde and blue eyed. Huh. Go figure.

Try a pale golden strawberry blonde shade, one that's almost amber.

Should work, as it's basically just adding a warm blush to your existing hair.

Heh. There you go with the lovely practical advice. But, see, what I'd want is to look like Scully. Only what would actually happen is that I'd look like Carrot Top. (Whom I've never seen, but whom I feel like I've seen, after hearing him disparaged so many times during eps of Buffy.)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Congrats, WindSparrow! Guess that kinda cements what a right decision it was for you to move.

Emma! Lily! Slain with the baby cuteness again.

Connie I can't believe how much that sucks. I hope your hopes come to fruition.

Emily looks great. That's not your natural color? It looks perfect.

It's still alarmingly wondy out, but I guess I can't use that as an excuse for not going to work. Alas.

What is even happening?

Sorry about that. I'm having a hard time finding the balance. It's not easy to avoid devastation, while working up a storm powerful enough that you get the day off. I will storm smarter, next time.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

and his recently purchased week's worth of mustaches,

OMG, this phrase made me laugh this morning.

Kodakgalleries is being poopy and not loading up for me.

It is pouring crazy rain. And Tom is not in 128 gridlock! lalala, 10 minute commute for him.

Hooray for Windsparrow job! You're in group home aid related work, right? That is a job that is in high demand (and good pay) EVERYWHERE.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I think they are very underpaid in Arizona and Minnesota, IMHO.

I have Harvey cat perched on my shoulder, purring and demanding attention. It's interesting to have cats again, especially since the invention of Claritin.

Uh-oh, he's going for my empty plate that had two thick slices of canadian bacon. Down Harvey!

Well, I have to get ready for work, anyway.

that sucks. My mom (an RN /supervisor/manager type) did a stint managing some group homes in CT and she was always nagging me to go into it.

Thanks for trying, Cindy. Those butterflies flapping their wings here and there can't help with the precision storming.

Apparently, that loud bang I heard in the night was a limb breaking off the tree in my front yard. Luckily, it didn't hit anything but grass. This is one of the days I'm glad I don't have to deal with the clean up and maintenance myself. Only a couple of stoplights out on my drive in, so that was nice.
