Anybody here, and feel like a game of literati?

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Sorry, Perkins, I'm going to sleep. Have a good flight!
I am traumatized. I was getting ready for bed when I noticed a giant mama spider and dozens of itty baby spiders in my bathtub. I remained calm for long enough to consign the entire family unit to the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, but man was that an unpleasant thing to deal with right before bed. (Jilli, do not read the white font).
Ewww, Anne. That is traumatic, and I don't even mind them.
(Jilli, do not read the white font).
This is why I love you people. You give warnings like this.
Jilli, the mean airport people tried to take the spoon that came with your absinthe (the second time I took it through security, but not the first).
I convinced them not too.
I convinced them not too.
Yaaaay!
And now, I go back to sorting through the heaps of lost treasures that Pete has unearthed from boxes in the basement. Including photos of me from 10 years ago. Gosh, my hair was big.
I just got back from the Nanci Griffith concert at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. I feel a need to report to y'all that a perfect stranger came up to me at the end to ask if I was the person who fell in the koi pond at last year's concert. I think I'd rather be famous for something else.
Nanci Griffith sounded great, though.
Tal and I went for manicures today and my nails look gorgeous in a dark vampy-type color. Then we all went out for dinner to a nice Indian restaurant to celebrate my birthday early. We ended up skipping going out to play pool because it was getting late and Teacup Guy has to work early tomorrow. Teacup Guy is fast asleep now, and I have insomnia still.
{{{Teppy}}} Sinus infections suck so bad. Get lots of rest, drink lots of tea, and feel better.
Poor Owen and poor Owen's parents. He pouts better than any baby I have ever seen.
Seriously. Dude! That's so cool.
It was. Though also the parental mode for me was, "Shit! He's five feet off the ground (admittedly over double pads) hanging by his ankles!"
But it really was cool. Circus skills build so many positive values: trust your partner, trust your body, be strong, bounce back, overcome pain, have fun. Next week is either juggling or clowning.
