Anya, the Shopkeepers of America called. They wanted me to tell you that 'please go' just got replaced with 'have a nice day.'

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Art Crawl!!!

Pleides -- I'm sorry that the new car is sucking so bad. Darn these people who are trying to avoid higher insurance rates! (I'm assuming that's what the front end collision wasn't reported.)

sj - Have a great night out!

Raquel -- did you guys pick Mallory after the author of "Le morte de Arthur" - (or however it's spelled. French is a language that I do not know)? If you introduced him as Mallory after the author or as said above, "Mallory but we call him Mal" -- that should do the trick. I am astounded at your dh's level of denial.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Plei, I'll do some searching as well. Is this too spendy? Or too small?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Too spendy, slightly too tight through the bust (even though it's stretchy), and also too acetate. I'd be swampy in about ten minutes.

I swear, a couple months ago I saw a black linen nursing dress, but maybe I was imagining it.

ETA, the Motherwear dress is too fugly with where the nursing cover ends.

information libertarian

I looked for some time and found NOTHING in a nursing dress that was black and natural fiber, except black cotton-lycra t-shirt dresses. There was not much that wasn't a sack, and nothing that looked good that was natural fiber. I say go black top and skirt and pretend it's a dress. There were some cute black nursing tops/camisoles.

move out and draw fire

Ok, that's going into the vows. "I'm playing dress-up, whee!" "Please, Monsignor, could you stay focused for just a few more minutes?"

BWAH!!!

did you guys pick Mallory after the author of "Le morte de Arthur"

Kinda. Mostly the name was in our heads from George Mallory, Everest almost-summiter. Thomas Malory spells his with one "L" but as we were talking over the name we realized it was also a namesake for him...the first anniversay present Robert got me was a double leather-bound set of Le Morte, so it ties in. And everyone who knows us assumes it's for that Malory, which is cool. My father's widow, who is standing in as grandmother, has been buying him King Arthur-themed things.

Good ? on the car thing, Plei. It'll work out.

You probably have already looked at these, but I just know your pain and want to help)

If Jilli's seamstress is around this weekend, I'll ask her if she knows anyone who can alter an existing dress into a nursing one. This is looking more and more like my last, best hope for peace.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm just one tiny step away from buying Owen that helmet. Gah. The boy won't slow down.

The only decent nursing dresses I've seen are TOO EXPENSIVE. The rest are cheap and look like t-shirt sacks.
