This money, it is too much. You should have some small refund.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Nah, pretty sure they just don't want to read my journal.

Which, fine. I'm pretty boring.

Just kinda pings my EVERYONE MUST LIKE ME button.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What it definitely means is that they don't read you on their /friends page. I read half as many again journals that are not on my friendslist, so it depends on them in specific, and how they use the system.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Yeah, forgetting to tell is a whole 'nother thing. I know with stuff like pregnancy or biopsies or whatever, some folks can want to keep things close to the chest until they know what is happening and prepare themselves. I can understand not having the resources to deal with other folks, even other folks' good wishes at a time like that, so I try not to let my own desire to know EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYONE make me too needy.

ita, as to your folks not telling you when you lived in the same freaking house, that's just craxy.

See, my default is everyone's lame like me and would forget. (I hate when that button gets pushed)

Ahhhh....

It also freaks out the anal retentive girl in me that shows my friended/friends numbers aren't the same.

I think I need a new job.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Skipped madly and then did vanity threadsuck.

I hope all was well in my skippitude. Kristin, I saw your note about the send off invites. Is this while I am still in the NE region?

Laura, it's July 24th from noon to 5. Very casual drop by thing; you're more than welcome!

Everyone must like Aimee. That is all.

So not here.

They might never check their friends lists because they are a lame user of LJ.

No, I think that anal retentitude makes you well suited to the checks and balance world. You just need to give it more glitter.

Cindy -- thanks for the reminder. I called the ENT's office and got A REAL LIVE PERSON. Which is the first time in about ten calls. Of course, it wasn't Dr ENT himself, but it's nice to have an actual person (watch, she was just the janitor walking by) tell me he should call. The damned appointment was the 3rd, and the MRI the 9th, and just resounding silence from their direction.

I'd switch docs but -- I still gotta get my records and results!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

My mother is the pro at forgetting to tell me things. My favorite so far was the year my oldest niece was born, and we went to DC to see her for Christmas. I didn't know until I was already in DC that my grandmother would be there too. Of course, I'd already mailed her present to Florida.
