I spent most of the day attempting to fix the BRIGHT ORANGE ROOTS caused by "Medium Caramel Brown" N&E. Medium Caramel Brown should NOT be Bright Orange Blonde. Dude, I was trying to make my roots DARKER, not lighter.
Sigh.
On the plus side, I had everything in stock to do an emergency strip-and-re-tint, and the upshot is that the ring-of-Saturn effect I had going on (deposit only colors + my hair changed color after pregnancy = funky rings), the whole reason I was using the N&E in the first place, is gone. Of course, my hair feels like straw, and if Hec is lucky, that will drive me nuts enough to cut it off.

I am trapped by a baby. Were I not trapped, I would grab the camera.
She's asleep next to me, (we were side feeding for about 30 seconds before she decided it was naptime) and has her arms flung around the boob, with her head nestled right up against it. Of course, as I have to leave to get Paul in half an hour, I'd rather she were actually eating instead of just hoarding the breast.
