Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Mostly lurking...

I actually don't mind balancing. Usually I do it every week or so. But, when I start getting really, really tight and discouraged, I let it go. It's a bad, old habit. This time it turned out much better than it could have.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Yay for the CashBean!

I know I should balance my checkbook, yet I never do.

I wish I could get away with never balancing but the hubby is picky. I do it all on the computer anyway so I'm never off but by a penny or so but it's just the thought of actually having to track the checks that have cleared...ugh! Now I've jinxed myself and he'll ask about it tonight.

Yay Cash!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I never balance anymore. Got too depressing.

brillig

It's almost impossible to do the balance because Hubby and I both use the debit card and I'd have to ask him every day what he'd spent. Fast track to discord, in my mind.

That, too. Joe never gave me his receipts and then I got pissed and yelled at him and then it escalated and the next thing you know we're screaming at each other over shit that happened months ago because he didn't give me the 7-11 receipt.

See this is why we have his, hers and ours checking accounts. I never balance my checking account but I have to do the household one, which is of the suck. Thankfully, it doesn't have an ATM attached to it and it's used only for utilities, slip fees, and groceries. So it's pretty easy to do but still...yuk!

Now tagless for your comfort.

There are reasons, y'all, why I watch Homicide after family occasions. And laugh and laugh at the old lady screaming "Die, you bastard, die!" as she pushes the old man down the stairs.

Beautiful. I love erika.

This is actually a great idea. Ours is lumped together and difficult to reconcile. But it needs to balance on account of it usually being so close to empty that I take no chances (usually).

We're going out to eat and I feel nauseated. I hate paying for food that I know I'm just going to barf up again later.

Ohhh, yuk I hated those days of pregnancy.

I love splitting out the checking accounts, it works so well for us - there's none of the ATM receipt worries for it.
