I'm hungry. I ran around tracking people down, I should have used the stairs...but whatever.
Discovered as I was running late that I have a small stain on the front of my skirt, I'm hoping no one else will notice. I broke the heel on one of my black shoes, I really need to find new shoes. And a new skirt. I'm cursing my difficult to fit feet and wishing I could buy off ebay.
Dan posted someting in reply to something I posted, and I meant to reply but now I can't remember what he said.
I think when I get new glasses I want to get colored frames, but I'm worried that 1) I'll get tired of the color -- not that I actually look at my glasses all that much and 2) having colored frames will work against some of my clothes. They had slightly purpleish frames that looked good.
No, seriously, this is a ridiculously funny time for my luck to start changing because I
just
bitched to my LJ about how no one was actually contacting me about anything. True story: whining works!

and as I have stated before - I have no idea ow often I wash my hair. depends on time of year, how long it is, I use water on my hair almost every day - conditioner almost every time ( lush) and rarely brush it. my hair looks better the less I touch it. The more product I use, the more it needs to be washed. sometimes , it is every other day. I can go as long as 10. and nope, you would be able to tell. It looks best around 4- 6 days after being washed. worse the day it is washed. frizzy fly awawys....
Happy Birthday to Tiggy and EpicTangent.
Go, Nora, close your house deal!
Interview~ma, P-C!
Anne, FWIW, my experience in temping - I survived two years that way - leads me to recommend being signed up with as many agencies as possible, or, if in a big city, 3-4 should do. The unfortunate uncertainty of temping means that, ideally, the job hunt continues even while working a temp assignment. Many was the day I scheduled interviews for my lunch hour, and many a time I would call the other agencies to let them know I was available for work, during the first coffee break of a Monday work day. Every once in a while I'd be able to play off the different agencies to get better pay or a better assignment.
ETA: Yay, Juliana!
I usually wash my (very fine) hair every other day, though when it's more humid out it actually does better if I go longer. Conditioner only occasionally. If I wet my hair, I have to wash it, though - just rinsing leaves it like straw.
