I don't think they're connected to Hard Candy at all.

The UD shadows are really nice. Sin, X, and Snow would probably look nice on you, and you'd most likely be able to pull of Acid Rain, but I accept that people not me tend to avoid the lime greens.

I almost ordered Acid Rain, in fact. I have some other lime green shadow I really like - the only problem is finding the right outfit to wear with it. For some reason I don't like lime green eyes with black clothes on me.

ION, now that the temp assignment has dried up, I'm going back into job hunt mode yet again. I'm hoping that I'll get another assignment soon, but there's no guarantee of that.

My biggest enemy in all of this is myself. I'm afraid that no one will want to hire me, and that leads to lots of nasty procrastination.

I also need to figure out if there are jobs related to my own field (promotions and marketing) that won't put me into the kind of hellish situation I got into in my old job. Nothing wrong with the field itself - it's just a piss-poor match for the way I work. Yes, I'm planning to change fields, but I think I might need to work in lower-stress version of my old job for a year or two while I work out the details of what classes, etc. I need to take to get where I want to go.

If everyone is to be believed, my first dinner party was a great succeess. The cannellini bean dip was fabulous and is completely gone, as are all of the chocolate covered goodies. There was a little bit of pasta yet, and I sent that home with Teacup Guy. I am very happy today because my apartment is still all organized and cozy, and I have a ton of energy today for some reason.
