Tara: Do you have any books on robots? Giles: Oh, yes, dozens. There's a lot of research to be done in order to--no, I'm lying. Haven't got squat. I just like watching Xander squirm.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I don't know why, but this cracks me up.

That's pretty funny!

Timelies, all. It's my last day of regular classes here ever. Weird. Still have to give exams and then next Thursday's the last day of school, a half day...but essentially, this is it.

Eek!

vw, is it wear lots of sparkly jewels day? You could stow a tiara in your book bag, just in case.

Yup...looks like that's it. Had to look it up on Wikipedia. And don't worry about using my real name. I do it all the time. I've quit caring.

And I keep telling her, "If the doctor says you're ok, it's school for you, missy!"

Bwah!

Up with the sun

Yay for Katerina Bee's job offers!

Aimee, I'm sure Emma will be fine, but that must be scary.

vw -- it looks like you've already gotten good advice on the bling bling, so I'm just going to ask whether the staff needs to dress up every Wednesday, because that seems like it would get tiresome pretty fast.

It's voluntary. But, I try to be a "team player," and Wednesdays are my days that I supervise the kids during staff meeting. So, I like to participate. I feel like it's a little way I can support the kids. I may be sitting this one out, though. I'm not sure I have anything, besides my grandmother's costume jewelry, that would work. And, I'm too broke this week to go buy something. Plus, my boss has noticed that I've participated in each one and has let me know how much she appreciates it... I don't like to let people down.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

A, AA is too funny.

Poor little Em, feel better girly. You, too, Aimee, this must be one of the least fun parental milestones.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Happy Birthday, Stephanie!!!

Feel better -ma for wee Emma. I hatehatehatehate it when babies are sick.

My issues are mainly not having anywhere to go where I'd feel comfortable NIP without Paul around to provide a moderate degree of protection for me from potential asswipes.

Man, I ended up going out to lunch with a group of friends from work. I didn't plan ahead and pump a bottle so I had to nurse, in a restaurant, in front of co-workers. I was so sweaty and nervous, I though O was going to slip out of my hands. I don't have so much of a problem with complete strangers--it's acquaintences I have issues nursing in front of. People I only sort of know but will have to face again someday after I've flashed them my boob.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm not sure I have anything, besides my grandmother's costume jewelry, that would work. And, I'm too broke this week to go buy something.

I'd check out the dollar store if you don't want to take your grandma's stuff - I wouldn't buy anything for something like this otherwise.
