Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

I love my new, brighter, red hair even more today.

And do we get to see and love it too?

P-C, DH's college roommate was in a similar predicament. For years his parents tried to hook him up with various suitable brides. He lives here and his parents live in India. He spent a few years traveling around the states to meet potential matches that his parents sent him to meet. He had quite a tough time of it. I’ll have to ask Brendon what happened because I know a decade ago there was a serious time limit on the matter. However, when we visited him in LA a couple years ago he was 40 and enjoying the single life. My guess is that his parents gave up. I’ll ask DH what transpired.

I will try to take pictures at dinner tonight, since I just looked in the mirror and decided I don't look awful tonight.

Oh, when I say he had a tough time of it I don't mean the meeting women part, I mean the parents part. He loved traveling and meeting the potentials. He found them charming and delightful and equally uninterested in getting married. He enjoyed the process though. He's good looking and smart as can be, but rather a work-a-holic.

Go Gris with the graduatness! It is weird, isn't it?

I want to go back to school at some point in time for some graduate degree, but I don't know what yet.

Oh, one more thing I forgot to mention before heading out to dinner: I gave Teacup Guy the keys to my apartment last night, which is something we have discussed for a while since he always seems to get here before I do, and I found the cutest little handcuff keychain to give him with the keys.

Hee, sj. Way to make a statement.

Laura, I'm with you on wanting a graduate degree. I just can't make up my mind in what.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Wow! Very excited at Cindy's new haircut direction. (Sorry I was out away from the computer enjoying my day off.)

In related news: JZ's new haircut.

And Cash is pregnant? Wow again.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Bah. I wants to go out and my (remarkably few) friends here are all somewhere else. Bored now.
