Here's a hint: the children can be left completely unattended, as long as they're not alone with the adult of the opposite sex. The policeman doesn't count.
Yeah, i got three of the kids over to one side, but then can't figure out how to get the fourth one...
Get the policeman and prisoner on the other side and leave them there. The rest will follow after that.
