Hey, all. Just dropping in to say I got a summer job! I'm so relieved. It's through a temp agency, jusy receptionist work for the next month or so, but....job! Yeah!
It's for a financial advisor firm (the irony here is not lost on me.) $11 an hour, benefits AND it's a block and a half from my apartment! I can walk to work!
Also, I am getting that incomplete worked out. My advisor made a call, told me it's because their records show I haven't taken the PRAXIS test (kinda like the bar, for teachers). But I took it in March, and got a perfect score, so I am going to go wave my records in their face tomorrow and tell them to give me my A, dammit.
And now I'm going to my friend's for dinner. Taco night!

You know how I hate being called "cute," because what I *really* want is to be called "scorchingly hot as well as breathtakingly beautiful" (not too much to ask, I think)? Well, I relent, for one photo and one photo only. All may call me cuuuuute.
Awww. Teppy is supercute! And yet, still sexay. That particular shot is just very warm and inviting and makes the viewer want to curl up on the sofa with you and kiss your mouth and play with your pretty hair. And I say that as someone who is generally rather indifferent to girl kissage. I can only imagine the reaction of an experienced and avid girl-kisser.
Speaking of which, has Plei been around at all? Where the devil is she? The UPS website tells me they left something on her porch that they really should have held for signature, and I'm gonna be mildly anxious until I know she's retrieved it.
