-t, I have an online Consumer Reports subscription. I could e-mail you the recommendations, if you want.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Yeah. I looked it up and I don't think it's that either. She snuggles right up and stops crying when we go in to her.
Man, we are outmanned and outmatched in the sleep wars by the cuteness.
And she's got major willpower -- one night the tears went on for an hour before we gave up
Yikes! I break down after about 40 minutes. But fortunately, those are few and far between.
He'd wake up in the morning and call, "Mommy! I'm waked up!" and just lie there waiting for us. He's still a peach.
Aw! CUTE!
whee! Sears is having a sale! I hear their warranty program is AWESOME. I don't think they have the itty bitty Whirlpools I want though. Hmm.
We have this washer [link] and it's fantastic albeit expensive.
Nowadays there are similar washers that aren't as expensive like this: [link]
I like front loaders because of the energy savings, the high RPM spin is also nice because the clothes need much less drying.
We have an el-cheapo dryer that has lasted for about a decade with nary a problem.
Thanks for all the advice! I think I'll get an adapter for one plug and then wait and put a note in with next month's rent.
That'd be great, Ginger! Thanks.
I'd love a front loader, but I don't think we can afford one. I've got $900 for the whole shebang, unless someone offers us a steel deal on financing.
Insent to your profile address, -t.
Got it Ginger. Thanks very much.
Congrats, Kristin!!!
could it be night terrors?
My little sister used to get night terrors when she was about 2 or 3. She'd look like she was awake, but she wasn't really. Her eyes were huge and glassy and she'd scream like she was being tortured by Angelus. She'd run around the house until she could find something to hide under (usually a table) and continue screaming. My mom would grab her and hold her and rock her, but her whole body was stiff and she would continue screaming. It would last a good hour or so until she settled back into sleep. My mom said it was the most terrifying thing ever to watch and not be able to help her.
My daughter had some night terrors about that age as well. Not quite as dramatic, but nothing helped to calm her down as well.
