Fan Fiction II: Great story! Where's the sequel?
This thread is for fanfic recs, links, and discussion, but not for actual posting of fanfic.
Nice to see the updates! I was scanning the Avengers and Star Trek fic closely to make sure all my favorites were there. I have an insane love for Steve/Tony and Kirk/McCoy.
ION, I am doing cartwheels over the reception of my one and only Skyfall, Bond/Q fic: [link] I have never had so many hits, so fast, in my life. It's probably the smuttiest smut I've ever written and maybe that's why. No fluff in there at all. No angst, but pure smut. I didn't think I had it in me.

You, commenting on the D/C fics on Poly Recs...or do you have a sock puppet doing those?
What about it, though? Those recs are older and maybe I haven't watched Supernatural in years, but I don't remember being anti-Dean/Castiel at any point.
And PolyRecs triggers my company's naughty stuff filter.
It's not like I remember you talking SPN in general or D/C in particular last year either. I have no recollection of any opinion of yours on either topic.
Major Polyamorous Recs update has been posted, including 200 new recs and an entire site overhaul.
Very nice!
If you, like maybe me, have at times (but certainly not always) either consumed your fics with a shovel, or sometimes gotten extra excited for a premise you've read a million times, and you know it doesn't even have to be good to work, I present this song: [link]
Someone suggested to me that I might have copied a pose from a Sherlock picture. It's a really rudimentary pose, so I'm wondering--is it a big deal Sherlock picture, or something?
Not that I would copy a pose off another fanartist, and certainly not off a high profile one--I don't have the confidence that I could do well with the comparison.
My assumption is that we all see the same pictures, and why wouldn't two people look at the same photo and use it as the basis for their pic?
That just looks like two men kissing to me. I don't think a pose is something you can copyright, officially or not.
