The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have one A03 invite if anyone needs it; they're also taking signups and I have no idea how fast the queue is moving right now.

I'll take it, if no one else has.

Thanks!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

It's yours, Perkins!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

So, Cass has met The Bartender Rico, who is a wee!Ianto-looking type boy. It's all I can do not to quote that fic at him whenever I see him.

Most of my effort is not calling him wee!anto (yes, pronounced in my head all smushed like that) out loud. I think our unspoken pact is: You makes the East of Eden for me and I nots say that, "I has a Yantoe."

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

If I had known you people hadn't read the Torchwood story, I would have made you.

"Ianto."

"YANTOE."

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

You makes the East of Eden for me and I nots say that, "I has a Yantoe."

YANTOE BRINGS THE EAST OF EDEN. I KEEPS TEH YANTOE.

Always Anti-fascist!

Hey, anyone want to look at House/Cupid?

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

Uh, is anyone around who'd be willing to history-check my Yuletide once it gets written? I don't actually know anything much about the Napoleonic Wars, India during the same period, or Wellington, but I think I'll need to in order to write the story I want. So if anyone knows more than me about those topics, I would vastly appreciate the help.

(Also, I bet y'all can guess what I'm writing from those details.)

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Shorter Holli: Paging Susan W!

(Umm, just so my little joke does not stop Holli from getting help, we have a number of Buffistas who know the Napoleonic wars. But if Susan has time, due to her novels about the period, she has done huge amounts of research on the subject.)
