This is not funny. This... this is a morality tale about the evils of sake.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Not wings the TV show.

I think it first popped up in LOTR, which, you'll recall, does not have winged people (although there are sapient creatures who do have wings, because, they are BIRDS). Actually, it might even have been in LOTR RPS; I don't read either so I coldn't say.

I don't think it's any crazier than, say, your average character getting a unicorn in his or her back yard. But just as obviously a preteen years My Little Pony-type fantasy.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

This one has unicorns too.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That probably shouldn't make me gleeful, should it?

I blame Plei.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I don't think it's any crazier than, say, your average character getting a unicorn in his or her back yard.

Except for, I feel it is easier to hind a unicorn than wings. I mean, do you have special clothes, or fold your wings up so you hide them under your shirts, or what?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I blame Plei.
That's like blaming air for being so gosh darned breathable. Bless her.

I think I may wait until I get home though, unless I don't.

Well, I was "blaming" her for my glee.

Hey, I'm going to send you an email shortly about trips to Portland/seattle-- Alaska Air is having a sale.

Thrive to spite them

I read a pretty good SPN story where Dean was born with wings. I have no idea where the link is to that though.

Misspelled "thanking" there?

I will check my mail.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I'm not sure I feel much of a disconnect. It's not exactly a gritty, true-to-life drama. And the protagonist has a (toy riding) unicorn on the show in canon, so he and the preteen girls writing sparkly winged fanfic about him would be on the same page.
