Mal: How come you didn't turn on me, Jayne? Jayne: Money wasn't good enough. Mal: What happens when it is? Jayne: Well... that'll be an interesting day.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Sophia, I'd check Bright Shiny Objects, I guess. I don't know where else to find the good JoA fic.

And isn't Katie's story fab? Grace, with the ... ahem. *grin*

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

I'm trying to think... Yahtzee wrote a couple (scroll down). Five Things She's Not is about Grace; Goodnight Moon is wonderful, but very different (and not about Grace at all). A few were written for Yuletide, too.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

He groped her breasts, his breath heavy and warm sending chills up her spinal chord and she salivated savagely while biting her lower lip and grounding her almost naked rump to his now exposed endowment.

Her spinal chord, of course, is in the key of CRAP.

He pumped hard inside her, his rod moving in deeply and almost completely out, tickling her openings, every one of them, and she just didn’t mind.

Every one of her openings? We're approaching Clark-like proportions here.

The aftershocks were as enjoyable as the earthquake and his fingers played nimbly with the soaping female parts

Soaping? She's now a soap dispenser?

Rockefeller, perhaps? I didn't know you were supposed to keep those hidden. Maybe if your donor is Cheney.

tickling her openings, every one of them,

Man, I hate it when my ears get tickled that way.

Always Anti-fascist!

This woman gets a book dedicated to her one day.Such balls-to-the-wall suckitude being so proud of itself inspires me. Not the writing...the chutzpah. "Balls" is too graphic..."Manly orbs-to-the wall?"

and grounding her almost naked rump

I thought grounding was a thing you're supposed to do at the start of meditation, you know, being in the moment, in your body, that kind of stuff. Not a sexual action, even if performed almost naked.

salivated savagely

Ew. I've been finding that a lot of fanfiction writers don't know the past tense of grind or thrust. Which can be a little weird.

"grindificated" and "throost", of course.

"throost", of course.

For some reason, I'm now imagining finding this in some piece of Hagrid fic in which the author has attempted to replicate his accent. "Ooh, yeah, throost eet on in tha!"
