Little Sarah wore a pink onecy outfit with bows and flowers, and a hooded coat and innocently gurgled at her desperate mom.
I assume she means Onesie, aka snapsuit. Now, I do have some Onesies with bows and flowers, and I have hooded coats, but if I were to combine a Onesie with a hooded coat, I think I'd also be putting some pants on the kid.
Otherwise, that'd just look pretty funky.
(So much to pick apart, and what gets me? The baby outfit.)
She may be losing her mind with aplomb, but she looks *fabulous*!

I kept trying to parse it as 'flouncy', and failing.
black skirt Dior length
Wait, wait, wait. Dior is a designer, not a specific skirt length.
How tall was Dior? Maybe that's the length of the skirt.
Maybe she edited crazy and the sentence used to say knee-length Dior skirt or something.
I'm sure she means onesie, but.. man... I can't get past a pink "oncey" at a funeral. I just can't.
black skirt Dior length, flat boots and an equally black jacket
...as black as the other black things, then? Glad that was cleared up.
It is difficult to write fic with a sales guy sitting in the other cube, inconveniently facing in the general direction of your screen. I'm just saying.
