And you're sure this isn't just some fanboy thing? 'Cause I've fought more than a couple pimply, overweight vamps that called themselves Lestat.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I haven't mowed a lawn in 15 years, maybe longer. Weird.

My lawn currently needs mowing, but apparently I just tell the property manager and it gets taken care of. I'll have to see how that works.

Coding and Sleeping

I mowed my yard last weekend with a riding mower. It was uneventful. Well, the mower did get stuck in a ditch, but I was able to lift it out so getting stuck didn't make for much of an event.

Our wings are not tired.

Woo Hoo!!! Jon & FAQ Girl!!! Details Details!!!

They were totally giving off the getting married vibe in NOLA.

(Also, I promised Brendon the link to listen to Jon's show, but now I can't find it, Help!)

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I haven't mowed a lawn since a mower put me in the hospital for 5 days. I can't say I miss it.

Yikes!

Was the mower being pushed by evil space monkeys?

(also, tommyrot is welcome to come mow my lawn if he craves the experience so much. He may use any kind of mower he likes.)

You say that now - but will you still feel the same way when I show up drunk at 3 a.m. in lederhosen saying, "Dude! Where's your mower?"?

Art Crawl!!!

I told Cybervixen the fabulous jon b. and faq girl news and she also sends her congratulations and wonders, now that the most eligible buffista bachelor has been snapped up, who will fill the role?

I can't even.

Timelies!

I miss having a lawn. The mowing part was annoying, it must be said.

Plus, they keep marrying these very sketchy Brit and Canadian types. Pinkos!

Hoy! Don't make us send you more comedians. I hear Jim Carrey's brother is a hoot too.

One of my cow-orkers is skiving off today, so I have to run her training session for articling students. Gah! I could have had a leisurely day of skulking in my office, but instead I have to go orient 70 students hungering for government work. Is it okay if we teach them wrong stuff?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Jon! Congratulations!!!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Was the mower being pushed by evil space monkeys?

No monkeys, space or otherwise. Just a confluence of bad things.
