Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I was braced to be irritated, but somehow I figure that's something Ashton Kutcher understands.

Not that I've seen it, but the trailer made it seem so much less the trainwreck than the title dangled.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

So I have the Replay set to record The Inside, Entourage, and Rescue Me this month. Any other shows that need attention?

Re-runs of Veronica Mars if you missed it the first time around.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh, I was wondering if they would be playing that over the summer. Have they started up already? I set up for House last night but I knew I was forgetting one.

They start mid-June is all I've heard. I don't know if they are doing the full run, or just from where they had stopped showing re-runs before.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Looks like they're re-running the Pilot on 6/14

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Think the Colbert Report starts in Fall.

Huh. TV Guide had a "cheers" for Comedy Central giving him his own show, so I thought it would be sooner. Maybe they were just cheering the official news?

If I only had a brain...

Jesus CHRIST.

I just scheduled a meeting with my departing team. The team lead didn't show up on time. I left a note on my door telling him the meeting had moved to the meeting room, drew an arrow pointing to the meeting room, and told my officemate to pass him along if he showed up. He never showed up.

I got back to a note on my keyboard asking me to call the lead.

Me to officemate: "Did you see team lead?" Officemate: "A really prickly guy?" Me: "Yeah." Officemate: "I tried to guide him to your meeting, but he was very prickly and just said stiffly, 'I'll leave her a note.'"

Whee! I just bought tickets for this and this!

Now I need to get time off and plane tickets.
