We're not gonna die. We can't die, Bendis. You know why? Because we are so very pretty. We are just too pretty for God to let us die.

move out and draw fire

Are there decent frozen deep dish pizzas?

Yes, there are. I can't remember the brand now, though...I think it's DiGiorno, but a particular kind.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Is it just me or does President Bush sound like a whiny asshole who talks like we just don't get it?

"Sound like" wouldn't have been my first choice of wording...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Thanks, Perkins!

See, not everything is my fault.

Also, I just bought a boxed set of the first three seasons of Alias from Ebay.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Trudy, that is beyond unpleasant. Much happiness ~ma. I'd suggest pie and a bubble bath; your poison may vary.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I saw some at Sav-a-Center some time in teh past when I didn't have a yen. it may have been DiGiorno. I'm gonna swing by on my way home and see if I can find it again...they don't list their inventories on-line, darn it.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm trying very hard to not freak. Or look at my bank account. It should all be "fine" in a day and even if it isn't I've been in financially tight situations before.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

It's W. Mark Felt, who was Assistant Director of the FBI at the time.

Swouncing

Trudy, I hope all will go as smoothly as possible, and that the decision will be the right one for you. By the way, and completely regardless of your "Beep Me" post - in the F2F pictures it seems like you lost quite some weight, so go you!

t whineWhineWHINE I have to hand in a grant report tomorrow. I've been asking for information from the researcher and students involved for the past 3 weeks. I am still getting new details I have to work in to the report, pretty much as I type. I've slept 12 hours total in the last 3 nights, and I have no idea how many I'm going to get tonight (which is soon, in this timezone). Oh, and I still didn't manage to talk to the professor of the class I TA tomorrow, so I still don't know what's the material I'm supposed to prepare for the class. I'm so deep into self-pity, I can't even think of anything semi-witty to end this post
