"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

We actually had a similar story here in town a few years ago. A crazy lady rescued an orphaned baby squirrel and dressed her up as an angel in a pet parade.

This reminds me of the movie Rat Race. Seth Green (among others - but need to have a Buffy tie-in) is in that movie. There is a super crazy squirrel lady played by Kathy Bates.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Go, Rio!

Massachusetts is rich in desserts, being the birthplace of a number of notable ones. All that prevents it from being perfect is the lack of Tasty Kakes.

It practically hurricaned here last night. My patio umbrella table blew over, and there are leaves down all over. Even the dandelions are knocked over....

Your Nor'easter last night is ours today. It's good to know we are not alone in our miserable weather.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Best wishes, Rio.

And if it's any comfort to New Englanders and folks at points further north -- beautiful weather in DC today, likely heading your way if post-nor'easter patterns hold.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yes! They say it's supposed to be warm here tomorrow! If chance of showers.

Good job luck to all who need it!!

Like a lot of other people, I jumped at the end of Alias. Dang. I knew what was coming, I mean, sheesh. Idyllic car ride, long glances away from the road, KEEPYOUREYESONTHEROADDIPSHIT!, schmoop. Of course something is gonna smash you.

And yet, still jumped.

Pretty here. Also graduation. Lots of people doing idiotic driving maneuvers. Had a sneezing fit. 8 sneezes in a row. Think it is a record.
