I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

People are stupid. Worse, I'm stupid. It's been...a day.

msbelle's cats are cute, though.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Cutehead cats, and -- hey! One of those is no cat.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Sorry about the rampant stupidity. Kind of hard to believe that you are a part of it, though.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

Ahh, the Mekons. Bringing lovers together and Not Being In Riots since 1977.

Is there anything they can't do?

From a ways back, I know nothing about Fairfax, Virginia, but it was pretty clear that Reps. Howard (from DeLay's hometown of Sugar Land) and Talton (the anti-gay foster parents guy, btw) were mostly concerned about the dreaded influence of the UN and the distastefulness of "internationalism" (which Talton compared to socialism and relativism) being endorsed by the august Texas House.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Those cats are seriously cute--I especially like the one where the tuxedo cat is nuzzling the other one's ear.

Always Anti-fascist!

I have never been anywhere. In fact, am barely sure I'm here right now. Much less with an ex...though I did travel with one. That Holiday inn was very nice.(I'm kidding...we saw a little more than that!) Happy-making this week:Good edit, and somebody told me I was amazing this week without meaning it in a poster-child way.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm all for people being pleasantly logical and straightforward when it comes to serious relationships.

I'm also single, so there you go.

But it does make me laugh when a guy (it's usually this way round) does something that triggers his girlfriend's irrationality (so NOT talking about the Zmayhems here, rather a conversation I had yesterday) that leaves all the bystanders shaking their heads and wondering how he managed to survive, while all the time he's going "But! I was trying to do the right thing!"

Basically, if I can tell you're going to trigger the issues of someone I barely know, what were you thinking?

I'm sure they'll be made up in no time, but we're really trying to get him to run his actions past an approval committee before he goes too far.
