I have been known to nap in the car, but only when very, very sick. I really have never liked to nap, even as a child. I REMEMBER not wanting to nap or go to bed early (like 8 pm). I used to sit at the top of the stairs so I could hear Dallas on the TV.

God, I love napping. Napping rocks. Since it's so hard to sleep past 6am, napping becomes a must.
Want. Nap. Now.
I like a good nap, but only at home. Crosswise on the bed, preferably. Because that way I know it's a nap and not real sleeping.
naps occur on the couch or in the big chair. not bed. like -t thtat's what keeps if from being real sleep.
mmm. nap.
I'm trying to fix my insomia by skipping naps for a few days.
But man, a nap sounds tasty.
I don't have a couch. I have an extra bed instead. In case I develop narcolepsy.
I like napping in the rocker on the porch. It's got a high back so my head isn't resting on an edge.
I used to nap on the basement futon, but it's covered in boxes at the moment.
Naps can happen wherever. I have been known to catch a nap while leaning against a wall. My Trusts and Estates class used to be my favorite place to take a nap. I was often joined by the ~90 year-old professor.
Naps make me groggy now. I used to be able to have a refreshing nap back in college, but now it's like waking up with my veins filled with black strap mollasses.
