mmm. nap.
I'm trying to fix my insomia by skipping naps for a few days.
But man, a nap sounds tasty.

I don't have a couch. I have an extra bed instead. In case I develop narcolepsy.
I like napping in the rocker on the porch. It's got a high back so my head isn't resting on an edge.
I used to nap on the basement futon, but it's covered in boxes at the moment.
Naps can happen wherever. I have been known to catch a nap while leaning against a wall. My Trusts and Estates class used to be my favorite place to take a nap. I was often joined by the ~90 year-old professor.
Naps make me groggy now. I used to be able to have a refreshing nap back in college, but now it's like waking up with my veins filled with black strap mollasses.
Speaking 80's nostalgia (in Movies), this may just be the perfect summer TV show.
Okay, that page earwormed me with Britney, which is confusing.
Oh -- that reminds me of the best anthology albums ever -- "Now That's What I Call Music" -- except not the recent ones. British ones from the 80s. I miss them.
Man, I've never been a napper, unless I REALLY need it. Maybe twice in college, and then when I've been pretty sick, but other than that, I'm just awake. I enjoy a nice rest, though.
I've discovered the 20 minute zone out snaps me out of a bad mood, mostly. It has to be on a bed, and it looks like a nap, but it never quite gets to sleep. I just get so heavy it feels like I'm weighted to the bed and I get all relaxed. The only thing is, if something startles me, it really knocks me into hyperaware. The cat meows and I am Really AWAKE.
