I'm so sorry, but if it makes you feel any better, my fun-time-Buffy party night involved watching a robot throw Spike through a window, so if you want to trade... no wait, I wouldn't give up that memory for anything.

Mine are nowhere NEAR touching. But it does crack my back.

It's one of those times when I'm happy I don't have the shiny toy known as Tivo. :-D

Who are Teagan and Sara?

Knee is better - walking up and down stairs again! But I think I overdid it last week with the running around and feeling no pain. Hopefully it gets better again before the next appt. How's the wrist?

My elbows don't reach. Except in front of me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The ballet dancer at krav (it's a team effort to get my shoulders back -- it takes a village) suggested one where I place my hands high on the wall and lean forward and down, pressing the shoulders down and the butt out (boy, that looks like a lousy description). My shoulders are way not as flexible as she was. Depressing.

Most of the music on Grey's Anatomy is from them. Check 'em on iTunes, especially Where Does the Good Go and Walking With a Ghost.

I have two more blurbs to write. I'm looking at my lunar calendar and trying to figger out when/where/how.

Good until I tweaked it again today. Thanks for reminding me -- I need to ice.

My elbows reach in back if I clasp my hands. I love that stretch.

I should ice more. I never think of it when I'm at rest, 'cause it doesn't hurt then.

I'm downloading Walking With a Ghost, then ignoring my homework and going to bed. Being an adult has done nothing to improve my homework habits.
