Is there really a controversy here, or is the Times just covering their asses?
I wouldn't think there would be a controversy of the definition of science, but Kansas is trying to redefine it so they can work in creationism.

Can someone explain to me who the guy who shot the judge and others in the Altanta courthouse can plead not guilty? It seems pretty cut and dried to me, unless he's trying to be found not guilty on some of the 54 counts against him.
