Can someone explain to me who the guy who shot the judge and others in the Altanta courthouse can plead not guilty? It seems pretty cut and dried to me, unless he's trying to be found not guilty on some of the 54 counts against him.

Didn't Willow say she'd written Doogie fan fic? There might have been some rum runners and speak easies before prohibition, to get around tax issues. I don't know why I think this, but the idea keeps knocking at my brain. I might have had a Canadian rum runner ancestor, before the prohibition period. I am not awake enough to find the geneology/chronology section of my brain. Still, I largely agree with the butt-covering theory, because it is just a silly way to word it.
