or spend more time on one of the mortgage caluclator sites.
That's what precipitated this latest round of whacko. One that actually factored in all sorts of stuff.
Most of the spam in my inbox from the weekend is scary political german spam. Sure, there's some porn, but mostly it is really horrific politics. I think I prefer the porn.
I survived my work event on Saturday. a gala dinner & auction for 150 people with lots of silly drama and politics.

Huh. I got hit with that too.

Wow, that does look like something one has to survive. Go you! Do you have anything fun to do to celebrate your resilience?

You're a survivor! Ain't going to give up!

I have BK for lunch. I had a fun day yesterday with friends and bought myself soem books. I am reserving any big treats to myself until I get a new job.
Congratulations, Dana!
Nilly! You were in my dream last night -- I was visiting you in Israel, and you wanted me to bring you breakfast cereal from the US, because you said you had it when you visited here and really enjoyed it. (Somehow I think that isn't true in real life, but in the dream you loved American cereal.) And the cereal you wanted was one called Frankenberry, which is a very pink, sugary, strawberry-flavored cereal, with pink mini-marshmallows in it. (The character on the cereal box is, I guess, a pink version of Frankenstein's monster. And there are 2 variations on Frankenberry -- a chocolate cereal called Count Chocula, and a blueberry cereal called Boo-Berry.)
I'm assuming that Frankberry is not kosher, and that, in real life, you didn't have it when you were here.
Renovations at the Utah State Capitol are at a delicate stage

The 90-year-old building has been jacked up and is supported only by temporary props while crews begin installing 265 earthquake-resistant stabilizers.
They've turned my state's capitol building into the world's largest trailer up on blocks.
On
Grey's Anantomy:
I'm VERY happy with them. Go them! Even if her character does continute the pregnancy they set her at an entirely accurate "end the pregnancy" place at least for one episode. Woo hoo!
And on
Desperate Housewives:
to state the obvious, could Gabrielle BE even more psychotically selfish? Why even TELL the kid it could be his if you're going to cut him out? Lie, stupid. It's your forte.
