"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm getting excited about the Serenity preview now. It's going to be like a little F2F.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

We were just watching poor poor suffering-yet-stubborn-and-wrongheaded Clive. He's a damn good actor. The cab scene where he breaks down crying on the phone with his son KILLED.

Me too!

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Robin t hearts Clive.

But then again, who doesn't?

Patrick Dempsey remains adorable.

What Clive are you watching, Robin?

Second Sight on BBCAmerica.

One of my friends at work, who is adorable and funky, had wisdom teeth out on Friday and spent the weekend watching movies. I asked what she saw and she replied casually, "King Arthur starring my husband, Clive Owen."

Oh, SS was good.

Man, so many imaginary wives, that Clive gets around.

For some reason I really don't understand, my Tivo thinks I want to watch Clifford, the big red dog.

Sometimes, my Tivo scares me.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

TiVo seems very fond of Clifford -- I get that, too. I think that if you watch any animation at all, including stuff like Futurama or Family Guy you get Clifford by default. TiVos are sort of like very dumb retriever puppies, grabbing up anything vaguely duck-like and dropping it in your lap in expectation of a pat on the head.

ION, I'm not as sick as yesterday. I'm trying to decide whether this means I'm well enough to go into work or not.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Timelies.

Beautiful day out. I'm just back from dog walking and coffee fetching. Dog saw a rabbit half way home and jerked so hard that I had to make the rest of the walk with a coffee-soaked boob. [Actual boob, not the dog, though she got a bit doused too.] Good day to wear a white t-shirt.
