If I only had a brain...

I have a new favorite sentence.

Maybe people shouldn't be surprised that a boy who had to endure the nickname "Pissy" because of a tendency to wet his pants would grow up to be one of America's most savage spree killers.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Dude, missing point.

True. Entire point of brunch is mimosas and cantaloupe.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I have a problem making it to brunch by 4 pm.

Anyway, brunch is one of my favoritest things, but I think it's funny that most brunch places in Chelsea don't open until noon. The entire city seems not to wake up until after noon on the weekends.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

cantaloupe

You misspelled "eggs benedict."

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

True. Entire point of brunch is mimosas and cantaloupe.

Nuh-uh. Eggs benedict.

Also, what Jessica said.

eta Bwah! X2! Total coincidence. I was agreeing with the 4pm/only if you've had breakfast thing.

What is even happening?

Pfffffft. There is cantaloupe, it is brunch.

Cantaloupe is also a breakfast food.

Most of the places around me start serving brunch at 11, but there's no point in going before noon because that's the earliest you can get a real mimosa or bloody mary.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The entire city seems not to wake up until after noon on the weekends.

I think that varies by neighborhood, but yeah. A great thing about trying to do stuff when my parents are visiting is how early they live. So we went to the "hot" brunch place, but we went at like 9 in the morning -- no wait!

In NYC, brunch = the first meal of any Saturday or Sunday, if eaten out of the house. doesn't matter time, menu, nuthin. unsurprisingly, I have had brunch at BK.
