I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Wasn't the missing woman's sister the woman who was staying Mike? Who was his dead addict girlfriend's sister. I thought.

Should this stuff be whitefonted, or is that just in Natter?

What is even happening?

I'm so sorry about that, vw. Use that guilt for all it is worth, girl. It will cost the employer next to nothing (in comparsion to how you'll feel the cost) to apply some pressure and get your coverage extended for two more months.

Toto being pesky?

Dallas just spent my very stressed week very stressed herself -- rotten little creatures feeling our pain... but I was ready to kick the little bitch off the bed.

It's just really frustrating, because I did everything I could to make sure this very thing didn't happen. I was being all responsible and starting a job search, both so that I'd have extra income once the supplement stopped and so I could have health insurance when my COBRA ended (supposedly on the same day, which I should have found suspicious, probably). This is one of those things that I'll deal with, but just doesn't seem fair, because I was trying to be all responsible and stuff. I've "radically accepted" (a DBT term) that it's done, and I just need to deal with it, but that doesn't really make it any less frustrating. It's making me able to problem solve, which is good, but...

Completely unrelated, Emily, if it starts raining, do you want me to pick you up after tutoring?

edit:

Toto being pesky?

He won't. stop. barking. He's making crazy.

Soitenly.

Also, I've started poking around, and there seem to be tutoring jobs all over the place! I think I might need to tell the school that I can only tutor until the end of this month, and after that only tutor if I can get paid for it. I've liked doing it, but it's a big chunk out of my week (because of the inconvenient timing), especially if we're going to be squeezed for cash soon.

ETA: Mind you, this whole 8:15AM-7PM schedule for a month in late July would put a crimp in any such plans.

EATA: Also, they want my GRE scores. Fucked if I know! That was a long time ago!

Okey dokey. Today's 3:30, right? Also, if our package has been delivered, I'll come even if it's not raining, so check to see if I'm there (or call my cell) before you start walking.

You could sign up to be a tutor on campus. I don't know what they pay, but they do pay, and it could be kind of on your time schedule...maybe before or after one of your classes.

Yes -- classic ep. Though not for those without a sense of humor about their religion.

I loved it so much it took me forever to pick out which line to tag! My choice (for posterity, "Now dance, you heavenly gobs!") narrowly beat out Homer's reaction to the pancake supper.

Ok...pardon my paranoia for a bit, but someone is on the roof. I'm sure it's the landlord, but still. I'm a little jumpy.
