Who was the real power? The Captain? or Tenille?

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

What fatal corner--the one form the shooting the other night with the choppers and all?

"A møøse once bit my sister"

BWAH!

No realli! She was Karving her initials on the møøse with the sharpened end of an interspace tøøthbrush given her by Svenge - her brother-in-law - an Oslo dentist and star of many Norwegian møvies: "The Høt Hands of an Oslo Dentist", "Fillings of Passion", "The Huge Mølars of Horst Nordfink".

Always Anti-fascist!

Yep. The yellow tape is still up on the corner...first time I ever saw it in real life.

Wow. In all the years I lived in NYC, I never saw that.

The BF once was walking down a street downtown in broad daylight and a car screeched to a halt and they threw a dead body out onto the sidewalk and sped off. There were several people around but everyone was looking at the body (because they thought she was a live person who fell out of the car) and no one got the license. The police came, but he had to go back to work and never found out who it was or what happened.

move out and draw fire

Great. I leave the area, and then all the cool stuff starts happening

Anne speaks my mind.

First time I lived in LA the cops chased some guy onto my front yard, where they arrested him out of the shrubbery. We had cop cars hopping the curb, armed officers behind the car doors, the whole deal. Fortunately no killing with that one. Second time lived in LA, SWAT killed a guy hiding in an airstream trailer across the street from me (officially reported as a suicide, which I guess it really is when you piss off SWAT). A month later I took a friend to the LA County Emergency Room (where you go when you don't have insurance) and while we're in the waiting room a car squeals up and some gang-bangers haul a guy covered in blood out, bleeding from multiple gunshots. We all had to get on the floor as the staff responded, in case whoever shot him was chasing the car.

I miss living in LA.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Hey Cashmere, I have found this is the only cabinet lock that Leif cannot open/destroy

Yay! I saw those in at Babies R Us. I didn't buy them because I was afeared I'd lose the key-unlocky-thing. But if they're Leif-proof, ima go get some.

Tonight I was at another meeting to learn how to kick NeoCon ass. I would really like to do that ita-style but the flesh will not permit. Must aim for the pen/sword thing.

Did you take notes for me???

If a cow can manage to escape from a slaughterhouse, it deserves to die of old age. I hope they named her Stevie McQueen.

Because of our proximity to a run-down apartment complex known as Uzi Alley (really) we've had the helicopter thing happen a couple of times since we've lived here. But we've never actually had a suspect breech the neighborhood.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Skipped to the end to say Nora, Insent. (Think it was you who wanted recipe.)

Timelies!

Today is paper day. Must get this paper drafted. I can do this. I've done so much else, this is just bonus, or something.
