Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Thanks. Into the freezer they'll go.

(I know they keep quite awhile just in a normal pantry, but it is getting toward summer here, I have no AC, and the pantry is on the west side of the house.)

ETA--these are semisweet.

COYOTES ATE MY BABY

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Thanks. Into the freezer they'll go.

I wouldn't freeze bunnies, myself.

ETA--these are semisweet.

Oh, well, if they're semisweet bunnies, that's okay. Freeze the hell out of them.

What is even happening?

It seems a baby bunny would hardly be worth a coyote's notice. Hopefully the coyote is eatin' nasty rats or somesuch vermin.

I know next to nothing about coyotes. The animal control officer did say the rabbits are probably what brought the coyote to the general neighborhood, and to be sure to keep all small pets inside.

In the choice between a bad pantry or a good freezer, I'd go with good freezer, too. I have a bad pantry and a bad freezer, so I just buy what I need when I need it. My great aunt had a share in a hand-dipped chocolate store in Camden, ME, and she spoiled us and educated us in the ways of The Chocolate.

Compassionately intolerant

I got nuthin' on the coyote or chip frizzage, but I do have a question I know Bitches can answer better than anyone.

I need to have an offbeat gift delivered to an old college friend in Santa Fe Springs (SoCal) tomorrow. Birthday.

She was the avante one among us then, now not so much, but still a great wit, well traveled, artsy quilter, extremely well-read, childless by choice, bird and cat loving.

Any suggestions?
