I'm not sure how old he is, but I heard him use the word 'newfangled' one time, so he's gotta be pretty far gone.

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Carlsbad Street Fair

I'm jealous! Today I will go to the mall and get my Mother's Day gift (a Tonka Bean candle, which is awesome). I may BBQ tonight. Later will be The L Word. All in all, a pretty good day.

Happy Birthday, Eddie! May it be a Bitchin' one, too! Whatever your definition of Bitches is.

It...meanders around, smelling the coffee in one spot, naming a rose in another. But, most of all, it is a very nurturing place to be. It's where you go when you have a boo-boo that needs fixing, when you've climbed Mt. Everest and want to shout from the summit, you come here. We give hugs and hairpats, throw glitter and glee about with abandon. And, we give pedicures. Not that it can't happen in Natter, but here, we do it in Bitch Style.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Mother nature is being a bitch today.

We should not have freezing rain/sleet/snow in Minnesota on May 1st.

Good thing I looked outside before going out to put clothes on the line.

Especially wearing only jogging shorts and flip flops.

Me and you, Daniel. Snow just isn't supposed to happen in May. It happened/is happening. Ugh.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My apartment is a mess. I should clean it up and maybe put on something besides my Johnny Damon t-shirt before Teacup Guy gets here. If this rainy weather doesn't stop soon I don't know what I am going to do. Everything hurts. When we finally got back to TcG's apartment last night and I climbed the two flights of stairs I couldn't do anything but sit down and cry. I hate my body sometimes. Actually, most of the time.

{{{JZ}}} You have every right to feel surly.

{{{Nora}}} You don't deserve that, and you shouldn't take it from anyone.

Happy Belated Birthday, Gris!

Happy, Birthday, Eddie!

Thanks for checking in with us, Fay.

Yeah, OK, the date was not fabulous. Or rather, it was fine, and she's very nice, but...not wanting to do anything more than hang out with her. Now to figure out how to say that. Augh.

Happy Birthday Former Child of Nova!

Oooh, I really like the gown Susan posted. So pretty.

The best Word correction I've ever gotten

Word tries to correct the name of my company to "Nazi". It cracks me up.

Hey. New board.

Good morning.

The nice benefit to passing out at 3 is that it actually somewhat corrected my schedule.

Now i really really want zankou chicken. But I need to find somebody else who is awake.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Snow just isn't supposed to happen in May. It happened/is happening. Ugh.

Word. We were doing a reading of a friend's new play and had to stop to vent about the snow. Of course, I had to trot out the story of the Summer of '92 in Fairbanks, wherin the last snow of the season arrived on May 23 and the first snow of the season arrived on August 23. That's right, we had exactly 3 months to cram spring/summer/fall in. Actually, we hadn't quite reached fall yet, so the poor trees went into shock. I never knew they could do that, but they did.

I just want it warm enough by Saturday so I can wear my pretty dress and shoes for Z's birthday party.

Ranting seems to have helped. I have the apartment (mostly) straightened out. Dishes are soaking in the sink and trash has all been collected. Hopefully Teacup Guy will haul it out to the dumpster for me because there is just no way I am doing it. Now, I am off to get the makings of a salad for our dinner tonight. Sorry for my super whininess lately.
