I'll see what I can do about a 24-hour mindwipe.
'Never Leave Me'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

(I'm sorry to be all 'me me memeeeeee' today. I am starting to think I need to make an appointment w/ my doctor to talk to him about how the emotionally-fragile days seem to be coming more and more frequently, because it's starting to make me worry.)
Not that that's a bad idea if you feel the need, Jilli, but don't worry about it our account.
Aw, Jilli. I'm sorry. I feel your pain though.
Awww! Leif singing the ABC song? SO CUTE! Also v. smart.
I am very very confused by the yam/sweet potato distinction. Huh.
Welcome back, EpicTangent!
I feel all of your pain on the fridge thieves. I mean, it's one thing if you steal a little of my milk, or something, if I have a carton there, but...someone took my thing of rice and beans, sometime between 2pm (when I put it in) and 6pm (when I tried to eat it for dinner) the other week. Really pissed me off. I left a nasty note on the fridge, and everyone laughed at it. Hmph.
Iocaine powder. It's the only way to be sure.
Brownies with Choco-lax. Works every tiime. Muah-hah-hah.
I'm in a nonfunctional state due to stressing over closing on the sale of my backyard tomorrow. Any spare no~last~moment~complications~ma would be appreciated.
I think the best plan is to guzzle wine and finish my scary book. Yet making the kids dinner and doing laundry seems to be on the schedule.

Do what I did: scrambled eggs. Everyone was happy and it only took a couple of minutes. I don't know what to do about the laundry, though.
Has today just been an extra sucky day? {{everyone}} it seems like it's been a ~ma, hugs, hairpats kind of day.
I can't believe someone snacked on your lunch, Jilli. My word, my kids know better than that. That would have made me throw it out two, because ewww.
Eventually Pete will learn that if I'm having an emotionally-fragile day, playing Twenty Questions about why I'm not being very talkative on the phone at work will lead to me being more upset, won't he? The whole reason I didn't want to talk about being upset is because it makes me MORE upset, and I'd really like to not start crying again.
If and when he does, do you think he could tell me, so I could tell Scott, or better yet, could he translate the lesson to Boy?
I'm sorry you're feeling fragile. I hope you find some peace.
Nora, do you feel better now that you're home?
sj, have fun, tonight.
Laura, good luck to you!
Teppy, I hope your jumpies ease the heck off, too. I'm starting to feel like someone put a whammy on the Bitches.
