This has actually not made me less productive, but probably a little more productive, since I'm actually sitting at my desk instead of roaming the office.

Good news here. I was somewhat stressed about the appraiser coming to do her thing at my house today. I knew it would be appraised well within the required number for the bank, but still stressed. The woman arrives and it is a soccer mom that DH has been coaching with for years. We all chatted about the kids and had a jolly time. Whew.
