Good news here. I was somewhat stressed about the appraiser coming to do her thing at my house today. I knew it would be appraised well within the required number for the bank, but still stressed. The woman arrives and it is a soccer mom that DH has been coaching with for years. We all chatted about the kids and had a jolly time. Whew.

That proved to be about the least helpful helpful thing I've ever attempted to do. I'm about to fall apart. Trying to keep it together long enough to make a pizza to see if some food in my system would help.
