I have forgotten everything I learned in school. I have discovered this by trying to study for the next Actuarial Exam. All the formulas I used to know that should be popping into the useful areas of my memory as I review seem to be just plain gone.

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
(((Nora))). I'm sure no one is mad at you.
-t, ack. Do you have a study partner who might help?
I have forgotten everything I learned in school.
How long has it been? The half-life of (unused) mathematical knowledge is pretty short (two years?) - I'd imagine actuarial knowledge would be similar.
I think it took me about five or six years to forget every actuarial formula I ever learned. Maybe I should look some up for old time's sake....
Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box! Ticky box!
This surges to the top of my list of favorite names ever.
Plus? My very best friend in the world was named Elizabeth Lillian. And Esme is just so romantic.
Supreme congrats to all the Princess' minions.
Whee! Congrats, Plei, Paul, and Princess Lily!!!! Sounds like it went about as smoothly as these things can.

Welcome to the world, Lillian!
Oh, that's a bummer, Nora. I got a little excited about possible Nora lunch for a second. Well, take care of yourself, and definitely let me know if you need anything. I'm at home all day today doing laundry and stuff, so I'm available.
(((Nora)))
Lilty, it looks like I'll definitely be hitting Portland between 6-6:30 tomorrow, barring disaster. Any chance of meeting up? No biggie if not, I've got a pretty busy weekend ahead - Friday's pretty much the only open day.
How long has it been?
It's been a year. I'm gifted in the information falling out of my head department.
Some of it's coming back. I think some of it might never have been in there, since I was doing Corporate Finance and this actuarial stuff is not quite the same. I'll be okay once I quit reading the coursework and do some problems, probably, but the reading is making me feel stupid.
