The Windstar will also have a whole lot more cargo space. Ours has the third seat out most of the time so we can go to home depot and get 25 bags of mulch and other garden crap while still having room for the kids.

Is the 2001 new enough to have LATCH anchors for car-seats? Ours has 'em, but it's a 2002.

Goodland got only about 2 inches of snow, but Kansas Highway Patrol Capt. Kelly McGuire said 13 tornadoes were reported Sunday in the western part of the state. A couple of houses were seriously damaged, he said.

I want a Forrester, DH wants an Oddysey.

I love my Forester. It's big enough to carry around what I need it to carry, but small enough that I don't feel like I'm taking over the road. And, for a small SUV/large station wagon, it has decent gas mileage (22-23 city; 24-26 highway).

Also, living in Chicago, it's great on snowy roads.

Forester was one of the cars we were looking at when we bought the VUE. don't think it would have been bad
