No. And yes. It's always sudden.

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

ION, why is it not 6 pm yet and why is it so windy??? I'm dyin' here from my allergies and I'm bored out of my ever lovin' mind. I'm waiting for my boss (who leaves on vacation tomorrow) to send me something and I just know he forgot, but if I leave early he'll send it and not get a reply and then he'll know I skipped out early..argh!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Deena, much brainmap~ma to your niece.

The universe needs to stop messing with Sean immediately.

I feel the need to watch Firefly right now and take a nap. I want to be more motivated but I really am not. Blergh.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Oh no. I have to do my taxes tonight, and I already packed my tiaras, so I can't wear one while I do so.

This is no good, Perkins. Perhaps you could run out and buy a new tiara? Or, at last resort, make one out of spare cardboard, tin foil, and perhaps glitter or beads.

The sleepiness of this morning has not evaporated. But now it's Friday evening and I want to have fun. I'm in the middle of a fun - sleep tug of war. When by windows, fun wins, but the overhead lights have been turned off in my office, which is giving sleep an advantage.

eta: oops. cereal.

Timelies. (I keep trying to type "timelines" when I mean "timelies" - I think it's my outer geek attempting to wrest control from my inner, latent human again.)

Anyway: how-dee. Pardon the silence, but I was changing jobs and starting school (just night school, Spanish, but I know more now than under Alfredo's LACKADAISICAL TUTELAGE, the slacker).

I see you've all been busy. It's going to take me forever to catch up, so I won't even try. Pretend I've been here the whole time, and I'll pretend I know what's been going on.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Pretend I've been here the whole time, and I'll pretend I know what's been going on.
