You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Okay Bitches, especially Susan....

My roommate and I are watching Master and Commander, and he's mystified as to why the ship keep trying to get behind each other, instead of charging broadside. He's to the point of calling it an inaccuracy (which is typical of him, he likes to talk out of his hind quarters).

Can someone offer me the tactical soundness of coming up behind your prey, and not just charging it broadside?

If I only had a brain...

When you charge a ship broadside, it can fire back on you.

Connoiseurs generally consider this a Bad Thing.

You might also draw your friend a nice diagram and demonstrate the concept of "weather gage", in which the ship behind has a distinct advantage in maneuvring.

I'm late after a skip 'n' skim, but had to jump in with {{{Gud}}}. I just have to add that I want what JZ and Hec have, only customized for me. I just love the idea of best friends who don't become romantic until, well, they do. Now, heading home for Lost!

Whoot!

Good news: It looks like teacup guy isn't goint to have to pay for anything to do with his car accident other than the rent a car.

Hey. New board.

Hmm. Deena, you and the LJ community seem to be in agreement.

I might have to go makeup shopping.

((Gud)), huge (((Jeff Meija))), congrats to Raquel, ((t-)) ::waves to libkitty:: ::waves to everyone::: Timelies! long time, no post.

serial: Trudy, IIRC, Ambien comes in 5, 10 and 20 mg. pills and they're all about the same price. If you really want it, and have found that a lower dose will work for you, you might consider springing out of pocket for a higher mg. pill and then cutting them in half or quarters. They break easily/cleanly or you get a pill cutter thingy.

Hi, Nora! I haven't seen you in way too long. We are going to have to correct that soon.
