serial: Trudy, IIRC, Ambien comes in 5, 10 and 20 mg. pills and they're all about the same price. If you really want it, and have found that a lower dose will work for you, you might consider springing out of pocket for a higher mg. pill and then cutting them in half or quarters. They break easily/cleanly or you get a pill cutter thingy.

Albuterol is magic. It's easier if they give you the AeroChamber thingy. Otherwise you have to inhale just as you squeeze the inhaler or it gets on the back of your throat and makes you cough. Try to time it so that you inhale it just before you go to bed and you'll sleep better. My doctor told me that if you're getting in too little oxygen, your body tries to keep you awake as a survival mechanism

I have the Aerochamber - i couldn't do it if I didin't. I know the too little sleep thing. I think - after all this it is going to turn out that I have asthma.

I'm glad Betsy explained the ship stuff, 'cuz for someone who's read all 20 of the Aubrey/Maturin books, I'm still awfully fuzzy on naval tactics. Land combat is much easier on the brain.

So of course I'm planning to set my next book on a ship, unless my werewolf story acquires more of a plot in the next six months than "there's this guy, probably an officer this time, but maybe still in the 95th, since I've done so much research on them, who gets bit by a werewolf, and there's this girl, probably wolfy herself and probably Spanish, and her name is Isabel." Heh. I really loved the movie. Haven't gotten around to reading the copy of Master and Commander you sent me yet, but the pile it's under is slowly working down that way.
