TAR: Ha haha ha ha! The point of the picture? Whoever has the plane wins a trip! I hope it's Uchenna and Joyce.
GG: Very enjoyable.

TAR: Did Ron and Kelly leave their gnome in that cab ? I am glad that somebody chose columns -- I wanted to see that place.
TAR? GG? The Heat are kicking butt. I know no other television.
Okay, well, I guess we figured it would be non-E. Gretchen really rocked - I really didn't think she would make it up that tower. You can tell that she and Meredeth are exhausted. And Rob and Amber got their comeuppence!!
Also $ 20,000 is alot to spend on Travelocity. I wonder if Ron and Kelly will be travelling together.
TAR: HA! I love that Rob got burned by his own taunting. And Joyce and Uchenna had a flawless leg. I wish Gretchen wasn't so grating, because I really want to root for them, but I have to change the channel to House when they are on screen.
Speaking of House, was tonight's ep a repeat?
TAR: I was glad that Ron and Kelly went with the columns, too, sumi--it sounded like such a cool place!
Neatest bit about the episode: Rob wasn't in third because he wasn't on the earlier flight, he was in third because he opened his big mouth and made the first two teams think twice about their flights and they went looking for the earlier flight, which they wouldn't have done if it wasn't for Rob! Probably my favorite non-elim episode ever, just because of that little fact.
Cereal: Actually, I think that Uchenna and Joyce had a more difficult time at the detour due to fewer people in the square, between the earlier time and being in first place--M&G and Romber had more time for news to spread about the camera crews .
And yet they still maintained their nice lead. And I think that you're right about Rob opening his big mouth -- causing his own downfall.
Re TAR: I hate to be a fan of a commercial, but I kind of love the gnome ads. So I was happy to see them.
And I love Uchenna and Joyce, too. There's something about a guy who can call his wife his princess and not sound at all chauvinistic... I'm so happy they're getting their game on.
I want to like Meredith and Gretchen, but gawd! The whining! I admire her toughness even while I wish she would just. shut. up. I'm so glad Rob's taunting came back to bite him in the ass.
Oh, and I liked how they did the awarding of the prize--everyone had an equal chance of getting it. Now that everything's getting a bit tighter, I'd be surprised if Ron and Kelly get as much generosity out of the other teams as Gretchen and Meredith did .
