I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I just watched Grey's Anatomy. I think I'll keep the season pass.

Hey, I know someone on that show! TR Knight. Good guy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

He plays a very endearing character.

I'm wondering at Katherine Heigl ending up playing another Is(a/o)bel. She's two for two in her series.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

It is Monday. I am wearing a white button-down. I am drinking copious amounts of coffee.

The outcome of this scenario really is inevitable.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Is it just me... or is this particular protester just a little off-the-mark?

"One protester, Meta Bruno, stood facing the police with a plastic washtub filled with 30 balls of aluminum foil at her feet. The aluminum was symbolic, she said, of the money Judas received for betraying Jesus. 'I'm afraid for their souls,' she said, nodding toward the police."

Now tagless for your comfort.

She apparently recycled the aluminum from her tin-foil hat.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I'm wondering at Katherine Heigl ending up playing another Is(a/o)bel. She's two for two in her series.

I did a double-take when she said "I'm Isabel-- people call me Izzy". She has been on a made for TV hallmark "romantic poineer" type movie where she did not play an Isabel, but it was not a series.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Hope everyone had a good weekend. It's cold and rainy here. Blech.

This is interesting:

FOXBlocker is an innovative new product that filters out the FOX News network. Simply screw the filter into the back of your TV and never be exposed to right wing propaganda again (at least through FOX News). Using a proprietary technology, the FOXBlocker works to filter out FOX News from your cable lineup.

Protect yourself and your family, or send one to a misguided right wing friend.

Purchasing a FOX Blocker and telling the advertisers at FOX News why you did it will encourage advertisers spending their money somewhere else.

If we band together and tell the advertisers to shut the FOX up, we can help limit the scope, or at least the profitability of FOX News.

Priced at JUST $8.95, the FOXBlocker is a wonderful way of telling the advertisers at FOX News that you are no longer interested in being exposed to right wing propaganda.

Our wings are not tired.

I watched Sunday night TV for the first time in about forever last night as I babysat drugged DH. Basketball first of course, then I watched Desperate Housewives and Grey’s Anatomy.

Desperate Housewives was very watchable and damned funny. I didn’t have a clue on any backstory or even the characters names, yet still funny.

Grey’s Anatomy was disappointing for me. I like the actors quite a lot, but the stories annoyed me, a lot. The mad urgent scramble of residents trying to find the life saving answer for the beauty queen was particularly eye rolling. It was a shame that I couldn't get into it because the individual characters I liked very much.

I was grateful to be reading a book at the same time.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Alfredo is now, officially (letter from the State Department/Department of Homeland Security) a Resident. He's waffling on the whole citizenship thingy, as he already has two (Venezuela and Spain), but the idea of collectible trading-card citizenships is also appealing.

But yay! 3+ years later, the process is complete. NOW we can start traveling.

Many many congrats, Stunt Husband! my husband got approved for residency just before Xmas, after 4 years of running around and waiting and fingerprinting and waiting some more, and then fingerprinting again, because his finger prints "expired" during the waiting process. He just got his green card in the mail last week, and there was much celebrating. Frankly, in terms of importance, it was a bigger deal than our wedding.

So I celebrate for you both! Tom's almost definitely not doing the citizenship thing though.
