Whether the clock is fast or slow, the difference between the time shown and the actual time is increasing at a rate of one minute (where "minutes" are the little ticky marks on the clock face) per hour (of actual time). So either way, it'll take the same amount of time until the actual time and the clock time are the same -- it's just a difference of whether you're waiting for the actual time to catch up to the clock time, or the clock time to catch up with the actual time.
