Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Goodness, that Dobson person can foam at the mouth at length, can't he? The trouble is, every lawyer I have ever talked to really really likes the idea of precedent and is not interested in throwing that kind of thing out. Which Dobson would, like, know, if he ever talked to anybody who didn't already agree with him in the first place.

Hermetically sealed universes: bad idea!

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I can't help wondering what he would've said and done had he been around during the civil rights movement, as irate as he is about judges foiling majority will.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Happy birthday Beej and beth. I'm mostly caught up so, yay tickybox! (((vw)))! Congratulations on your party Allison. I hope Calli's mom gets better. And yeah, Dobson's a butthead.

I am at work with 24 oz. of dark roasted Ethiopian Harrar goodness and a passed out puppy on my lap.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Calli, I hope everything lines up just right for your mother. Much strength to you.

If I only had a brain...

a decorative style using pictures of monkeys, often wearing clothes or indulging in other anthropomorphic behavior.

Some chimps in hard hats, some chimps who love cats...

Trust my rage

Goodness, that Dobson person can foam at the mouth at length, can't he?

I looked at his website last week. His anti-judicial review postion just exposes him as a loon. Not even Scalia or Rehnquist would agree with him (I assume, based on past decisions.)

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Happy birthdays, beth & Beej!!!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good luck to your mom and family, Calli.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I can't believe that no one has mentioned this yet: [link]

No relation, BTW.
