Goodness, that Dobson person can foam at the mouth at length, can't he? The trouble is, every lawyer I have ever talked to really really likes the idea of precedent and is not interested in throwing that kind of thing out. Which Dobson would, like, know, if he ever talked to anybody who didn't already agree with him in the first place.
I can't help wondering what he would've said and done had he been around during the civil rights movement, as irate as he is about judges foiling majority will.

I looked at his website last week. His anti-judicial review postion just exposes him as a loon. Not even Scalia or Rehnquist would agree with him (I assume, based on past decisions.)
