Do we ever get to see Gypsies who aren't criminals (or likely to throw revenge curses)?
Well, on Highlander, I seem to recall a band of gypsies who were just a colorful, fun bunch of folks. Well, until one was murdered and then plottieness ensued. Being Highlander, plottiness involved swords and other violence rather than curses. And the vengency guy was more of an adopted gypsie than anything. For what it's worth.
The trouble with eating lots of delicious Indian food for lunch is that then you want to sleeep. . . and I was already sleepy before lunch.

Sumi, I think that on
Buffy, the gypsies were not good guys. Wronged guys, but not good. The curse was pure revenge, and didn't serve to (in theory) right wrongs, or prevent future ones.
We just got lucky.
