If every vampire who said he was at the crucifixion was actually there, it would have been like Woodstock.

TImelies! I booked today as a vacation day so I could finish school work. So free day! What I really must do is clean my apartment, it is dire. But I think I will go out and about for a bit.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good morning to you!
Good morning to you!
We're all in our places
with bright shiney faces!
Good morning to you!

I have a lot of home/lifestyle maintenance I really should be doing, but eh. Laundry, cleaning the bathroom, doing the dishes? Fuckit.

My mother used to sing that goddamn song in the morning to get me up. It never had the effect it sings about.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Hey everyone. Congratulations, Sue!

I went to an information session last night for the library school I'm applying to for the fall. I can't believe I'm (probably) going back to school.

I'm watching the Sox/Yankees game on NESN and they have James Taylor on and the commentator says, "I hear you live out west now, James." JT says "Yes, that's true. I live in Lennox, Mass."

You small-y yankees are weird.

Heh. I had to read this a couple of times through before I understood the weirdness. I grew up in Eastern Mass. and now live in Western Mass., and to me the above exchange makes perfect sense.

So, I'm looking at news headlines, and this one is dying for better punctuation: Jackson Begged to Sleep with Boy-Child's Mother. I mean, right? It should be a colon, or at least a dash-not-a-hyphen. MJ was begging to sleep with the kid, says the mother.

Mine too.

Our mothers were sick sick sick people. Cruel. Evil. Twisted.

In the mornings, at least.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Congratulations, SUe, on both the finishing and the free day!
